Respected Sir I had paid for 16GB spy Pen along with Spy Ear on 22.02.2010 as appeared in 20.02.2010 advertisement in Times Of India through online payment of HDFC. Subsequently I received 8GB Spy pen instead of 16GB for which I have been Charged.I had contacted the customer cell of Online shopping of Times several times.As told by Customer Service I had sent the defective material to M/S Telesonic on 25.03.2010 along with spy ear Charger etc.When I had not received the replacement within 10 working days as claimed by Times I have once again... read full review »
