I have never been so angry and violated in my life!!! Where do you guys come off stating that you actually provide a service, if what you actuaaly do is STEALING from the public!!! I canceled my membership in October 2009. I followed the correct procedures by calling and putting my cancellation in writing. It is now April 2010 and the "wonderfully incompetent" people still debit my membership from my account.
