Bloomex is quite happy to take large sums of money for delivery, but takes no responsibility for delivery to patients in hospitals. They rely on hospital staff to make the final delivery to the patient - who are not paid to do so, therefore have no incentive. Bloomex takes no responsibility for the final recipient actually getting the flowers, and their customer service is happy to state so clearly, despite taking the delivery money. My flowers never reached the patient, and Bloomex simply did not care. Would never use them again. read full review »
