I purchased a DLP replacement bulb on June 15, 2009 that was defective. The defective bulb was returned using vendor supplied return material authorization on July 8, 2009. Repeated requests for refund or replacement on August 19th, September 2 and September 22 have been ignored. I'm out $100 PLUS the amount I paid to a contractor to diagnose the problem with the original bulb. read full review »
