Well first off the dvd's were weeks late in delivery. Second off they were extremely poor in visual quality: skips, pauses, and shows that were not finished. The site made it seem like the movies we were ordering were official and that they were new. when we get them I realize that they were nothing but copies made from shows that were aired on tv or something like that. now they are giving us that run around about the return policy. The customer rep. Kimberly Weis would "kindly" like to know what is wrong with them after we heve expressly told them what was wrong.
