I booked a flight to Amsterdam through e-dreams the first week of April, 2010. Due the to volcano ashes affecting all off europe that month, both of my destinations airports were shut down, but oddly enough, the carrier (Alitalia) did not cancel their flights, probably hoping that by the time of the flight, the airports would be open.
