I bought some item from Courts towards end of 2008. I also bought a hand phone Sony Ericcson W580i . The phone after 2 months cannot be used. There were nothing at all. It even cannot be on. I took it to Courts Shah Alam branch and they assured me it still under warranty and said they will send it to the supplier. the manager in charge was En. Ishak.
