$34.19 was taken out of my checking acct by this company. I called my bank to get information and number to call this company. I never requested or signed up for this service when I contacted the 800# I was given cancellation # and told to go to website for refund after going to website and filling out refund information I was denied because they said it was not fraud that I had applied for their services.
