I purchased a book for $11.95 in January and noticed in April that BBV had been withdrawing $9.95 from my checking account every month since this purchcase in January. I found their phone number and called. Once I said hello and told them why I was calling, I and was immediately told to call back because they had a bad connection. I refused and and asked the BBV representative on the other line to call ME back.
