I started a contract with blue hippo to receive a laptop computer and they took money out of my account. When I got laid off I couldn't continue to pay for the computer which I never received and when I questioned them about it, they told me that even though I never got anything from them, that they did not refund any money paid, but I had to go to their web site and purchase items in the amount of money that was paid to them.
