I have contacted Cricket wireless both in my home state and since I am living out of state about this issue, as well as e-mail and phone calls to customer service. They have done nothing to resolve the problem that they issued the wrong exchange for the phone and the phone now will not even conect to their customer service. Non of their customer service representatives give a rats ass. May be the phone choice of drug dealers and child molesters for a reason. read full review »
