In Feb 2010 I paid online my whole account balance. That left a zero balance as it showed me on my online account balance. I get a bill on April 20th saying that i owe 126.88. I called and talked to someone named William who explained that when i made my online payment, the cycle had already started again and that made my payment late. So with paying my balance, they said i had a late fee of about 39.00 that i didnt see. In turn, i had a finace charge on that for about 29.99.
