I arrange to pick it up after she dropped it off at her friend's house nearby & within a week or so of using it, the tape got stuck in the VCR. No matter what I did, it wouldn't come out. So one night my car wouldn't start & my road side assistance had just finished, so I was in a panic & called Shell. I had tons of problems with Super Pages about 4-5 years ago where they made a mess of my account, I got no inquiries let alone sales, the rep was incompetent & later on couldn't seem to cancel my order by stopping it.
