I bought a Sony VAIO laptop last year and from the day of purchase itself the bluetooth was not working. At the time of purchase I didnt check it that was my mistake, so the dealer didnt replace it and asked me to check with the service center. Then within a few days it started getting auto switched off but used to happen very rarely so I attributed it to less battery charge and that was again a big mistake.
