We have been using Comcast for years and the the customer service is just awful. Every time we have a problem with service we spend hours on the phone if we even are able to reach some. Then the person being sent to fix the unit shows up late. I would like to speak with a Comcast customer service rep. Please respond to this complaint on MeasuredUp so we can set up time to speak. Their are other companies out there that would like to have my business and would appreciate me as a customer. read full review »
