During the first week of January, 2010, my computer was not operating properly. The message stated that I needed an antivirus f or my computer . I went ahead and downloaded the software, just to get it to operate. the download is inferior. 2. Did not receive a receipt, telephone number, nor product ID. I am requesting a refund of my payments, for January 01, February 01, March 01 and April 01 to my credit card, immediately. I have contacted my credit card company.I will also contact my Attorney General Office and the BBB Office .In the future do not place any information to this computer.
