Airtel has activated a new gaming (VAS) on my broadband connection with my notice and permission, upon looking and comaplaining about the issue, they said that it will get deducted in next bill, but till date it has not processed. Once when i called the customer care, they put me on hold for more than 1 hour. I have a postpaid conncetion from airtel for which they hace done the same, they activated a gaming service and charged for that, I would suggest people, who are using the services should check there bills throughly.
