Just so you are aware of a different kind of scammers. I was a victim of one such company. The company claims to be SMART in led lighting TECHNOLOGIES and ELECTRONICS when they responded to my post in Made-In-China.com for a maufacturing partner to help me build a new lighting product. They convinced me with an impressive company website that claims to have some 150 staff, 3 senior engineers and 5 engineers.
