Like many other people we have had problems with Choice Home Warranty, our clothes washer broke after 18 months and we had to get 2 different Techs to come out as the first one couldn't diagnose it. The second Tech immediately stated the motor had worn out and this meant it had to be replaced. Choice Home Warranty decided it wasn't covered as the machine must have been overloaded with clothes to wear the motor out.
