I previously worked for an employer who uses Ceridian Benefits to process their tuition reimbursement program. Ceridian has repeatedly lost my information, bounces me around from literally country to country for their "customer service reps" to handle my case, and has not been able to supply me with an adequate answer to my questions. I am now trying to work with my former HR person at my former company to get this resolved, and I am seriously considering taking Ceridian to court for their negligence. read full review »
