I called up earlier today (10-19-09) and was on hold for 20 minutes until I actually had the chance to speak with anyone. This young man then put me on hold for another 8 minutes just to tell me they cancelled my order a couple weeks ago. The reasoning was because my billing address and shipping address were different and I put the billing phone number associated with my card unknowing that it was cancelled.
