Hi there I have a claim going on since last Oct. please have a look at the attached files and forms for the reference. (claim No. IKAEK36983/26Nov09/0659GMT) I have made few phone calls since but not a proper answer or decision made yet. I was travelling from London to Tehran, my luggage was never received when I arrived in Tehran, completed the relevant forms and I had to come back to London after few days, I have never been contacted about this claim and I do not know what to do next.
