a online loan company somehow got my account number and proceeded to withdraw 99.95 from my account without my authorization. I called my bank and they gave me the name and phone number of the company. Upon reaching them I was told it was for a line of credit that could be used only online and that the fee was a liftime service/membership fee. I told them I received no services and wanted to cancel their services and wanted the money returned. They agreed to cancel the membership but would not return the money. I asked why and was told that i was past the 7 day free trial offer that I apparently signed up for. Im going to report this to the bbb. read full review »
