I am irritated and disappointed with Chase's lack of adherence to its own advertisement of a smooth transition from WAMU accounts to Chase. Advertisement followed to say that log in info would remain the same. Unfortunately that is not so. I am forced to create new log in info. I am tired of changing passwords that I forget and want to keep my old login info as was promised with the transition from Wamu to Chase.
