I purchased two tickets for Etihad Airways from Chicago ticketing agent Diomond Travel Inc. and I was charged extra $35.28 for each ticket ( ticket price $1260.00 ) by Etihad Airways without my authorization. When I called the travel agent they assured that it was a mistake and that money will be returned which never happened. Then I contacted Etihad and they confirmed that money will be returned which didn't happen either. It has been almost 3 months. PLEASE BEWARE OF ETIHAD'S DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE.
