The Instyler is an expensive gimmick! It burns your hair off and gives you split ends and thats the good news. It is awkward to use and caused a 3rd degree burn that was 2 inches by 3 inches. Very dangerous product! Should not be sold to the general public! Customer service and the supervisor (Chris) are the absolute WORST!!!
