The product was ordered with a free 14 day trial period. It took 15 days to ship and they billed my credit card the day of arrival. I called to cancell and they promised to back out the charge and credit me. No such luck. All subsequent calls refer me to the cancellations department but they do not have people only e-mail. Then they provide the wrong e mail address. Promises to contact me by e-mail have not happenned. read full review »
