I bougth a Saab 9.3 from Glassman Saab and everything went really well. At the sale point, they told me absolutely everything I wanted to hear. I was told my saab had full maintenance for the life of the lease up to 36, 000 miles. Since my lease is 27 months I was excited to know I would incur no maintenance cost.
