Dear Sir/Madam, I'm Tanumoy Chanda from shyamnagar. 9804871584 this is my mobile no. last wednesday on 21/04/2010 I've 37 rupees balance in my a/c but in that day the total balance was deducted. I had asked the customer peoples so many time but they didn't told me the exact reason. And the same thing has been happened yesterday on 27/04/2010.
