Bewared of Pho Mai located on landess San Jose been cheating on sales tax for years. I should have posted this years ago. Sales tax is 9.25% in San Jose. Today I ate there and I was charged more than 10% sales tax. I was there alone and it was simple math. Please look at your receipt and question it. If you eat there, bring a calculator if you aren't good in math. Don't let them get away. The food is horrible and the quality is going down hill. not much meat either. read full review »
