We have been trying to cancel our membership with Flexi Club since October 2009. We have not used this product since 2007 and had to pay the annual membership fees every year, which is close to R5, 000. We were told by the consultant who sold this to us that after the loan is pay off for the timeshare it is ours and we can sell or transfer it to someone els or do anything we want with it thereafter.
