I purchased a Samsung Washing machine on 3rd April 2010, on Delivery i recieved a Damaged appliance i called up the Showroom on 5th April 2010 they sent their Executive on 7th April 2010 The person checked and filed the complaint promising would get a replacement in 20 days after 20 days ie. on 26th April 2010 i called the Samsung executive he says it will take another 25 working days not saitsfied i Got the Service manager no.
