Did not purchase this product myself, but the reps and the so called "manager" would not step up to the plate and take any responsibility for issue. I can not understand how a company out of a suite in PA that's employed by uneducated people can be responsible for makeup that supposivly cost $131!!! I myself will take this higher being that I don't have said product and they accepted secured info without my consent...funny they won't even give real management names though...due to security!!!
