My auto loan was originally with Wachovia, which was bought out just recently by Wells Fargo (unfortunately!) My first statement from Wells Fargo contained a HUGE error. They credited my loan with an over $6000 payment which I never made. I contacted customer service and was told repeatedly that I made that payment, I repeatedly stated that I did not. The rep continued to say I had no April payment due and my next payment was due in May. I went back and forth with her and finally just gave up, figuring they'd get it worked out... read full review »
