I was ordering Trend for the second time. This time I was double charged for the software which I can't turn on $55.00 each time. Please remove these charges from my visa card. I have decided not to take your software for security due to be double charging and multiple popups. You have withdrawn funds totaling $88.00 for a product which was free trial and I paid $3.99 for shpg charges only. I did not want further charges or the product. As of today 2/5/09 this account is closed Cancellation # 279982 at 5:57pm. Credit my account for $88.00 immediately. Lois M.
