I spoke with an online admission counselor in early 2009 and expressed my desire to earn a Masters in Elementary Education. He told me that there were a few hours of student teaching near the end and that I would easily be able to work full time and complete the degree. I started the program, on 100% financial aid, and completed three classes with a 4.0 GPA. When the 4th class was to begin, I looked at the requirements and it was hardly a few hours of student teaching!
