I am a constant shopper at walmart and have experienced bad customer service on many occasions. As a result, I am really fed up with the service of the walmart "CSM" or claiming "CSM" that display bad attitudes and neglated leadership ability. I belive that walmart trians thier employees but sometimes there are problems that exist with the employee who can't figure out how to do certian transactions.
