We should really be able to pick more than one option under product/service. I had previously bought a Samsung phone (R450) that I had endless problems with. The phone would shut off automatically, the charge port would randomly stop working, and texting was glitchy even though the phone was made for that specific purpose. Then finally the phone crashed, DEACTIVATED itself, and deleted everything on it. According to my carrier, deleting text messages etc. never actually got rid of anything on the phone.
