Samsung's authorised dealer and repairer in the UAE, Axiom Telecom, being unable to fix my mobile phone insist it is a battery problem which, surprisingly, a new battery has not fixed. Their contact service department do not respond to emails and/or complaints. In other words, Samsung have authorised an incompetent dealer and repairer who do not respond to service problems. Looking at the web (which I wished I had prior to purchasing a Samsung product) lack of service appears to be the norm from Samsung and their authorised dealers (in this case Axiom Telecom in the UAE). read full review »
