bought these so called "Uggs" from https://www.snugaustraliauggboots.com.au in December Cost me the guts of 200 euro and this is how they look after just THREE MONTHS. When I tried to return them just after the 3 months was up - this is what they replied: Dear Janet, Thank you for the photos Unfortunately, it does not appear that a manufacturing fault has occured.
