I ordered Reebok shoes from ITBC in Nov 2009. Pair of shoes that was shipped to me were of different sizes and for same feet. I was instructed by ITBC to return the shoes to get the replacement. First time when I returned the shoes the courier was not accepted by ITBC so the shoes were returned back to us. When I returned the shoes the second time it was not accecpted at the New Sarai office however it was redirected to the Connaught Place office where it was accepted by Mr. Rohit.
