Do not buy Panasonic TH50pz plasma TV. It is defective and likely to die within first two years. My TV died three months after warranty expired, and Panasonic did not take any responsibility for two defective circuit boards. Tens of thousands people have complained of the same or similar problem on various www forums (google panasonic plasma dies). The estimated repair cost was $1, 000. Panasonic also does not have an authorized servicer in the city of 200, 000 people where I live. This significantly adds to the costs of any repair, and their warranty on replaced parts is only 30 days. read full review »
