This year Toyota gave their employees A christmas bonus, But instead of the aerotek employees getting their bonuses that Toyota dished out Aerotek used them for their own personal gain to cover pto hours of aerotek employees. most of the employees have to be there 6 months before they even get pto days and the turn over rate is quick. So it makes me wonder where did our money go if you never got the PTO days and why am I paying for someone else pto when I earned the christmas bonus. Aerotek is discriminative in nature and fired me by using a medical excuse as what they call an occurance to justify their worng doing. The amount of harrasment aerotek allows in their company by other employees is rediculous. The first 8 weeks i worked for them they shorted my check and i had to get them to fix it, one week i was shorted 8 overtime hours. A certain female employee can be moved to 2 different areas for not getting along wih employees and has had other employees quit because of her. Me as a new employee has had to come into a hostile enviorment where i have been mentall physically and sexually harrased and tortured by this woman for the last 3 months . When i do one thing that may offfend her I get punished for it.Like I said may have offended her after she has caused so many problems for other employees. I am unfortunately a client of woodforest bank. I recieved a check off craigs list where i took it to my bank and spoke directly with the branch manager with concerns that the check was a scam. The branch manager wa curious if the check was fake or not and talked me into depositing the check and stateing that the worst that could happen was the check wouldnt clear and there would be a 6 dollar fee from which he would pay half.
