My number 0124-2217637 ( In sector -50, Gurgaon). I do not receive my bills every month. Infact there is a pattern . I recieve bills only in alternate months. Being a working person I do not automatically remember to trace the billing. Consequently I invariably miss out on payments ontime causing me to pay the delay penalty and also face disconnection very often.
