After I called and cancelled my order when I got my credit card bill, they shipped another order on December 25. I called and asked how they could ship on Christmas and he didn't have an answer. I will dispute the charge with my CC company. It's main ingredient is psyllium husk which is a good source of fiber. You can buy it plain in bulk or capsules in the health food store.
