I believe recordgone is a big scam. I paid up front for their service to get them to expunge a previous infraction. It took them months to even acknowledge me and then the only thing they ever said to me after I input all my information to their website was my case was denied. Then they asked me if I would pay them more money to re-file. When I asked why my case was denied they told me they did not get any reason from the judge.
