Hi, I have sent a parcel to Hyderabad, India posted on 29th of March, 2010. The parcel reached India Customs (Mumbai) on 2nd of April, 2010. Since then, it has been held up by the Mumbai Customs Authorities. Further, officially they have to notify the addressee in India regarding the parcel, which they did not till date. The parcelcontains children books, toys, clothes, dvds which I have sent to my 5year old son. This is disgusting that the authorities are so irresponsible in a responsible job.
