I took a new postpaid connection from reliance web world in Ulhasnagar and i requested for a 299 plan to be activated on my number as my callings are only to reliance mobile numbers, but before the end of the first billing cycle my calls were barred as i have exceeded my credit limit and this happened since the Representative at Reliance Web World DID NOT FURNISH MY REQUEST AND THERE WAS NO PLAN ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER and assuming that I can call RIM 2 RIM free 24 hrs, I used it to call on a local reliance mobile number.
