I'm not even sure where to begin with this complaint. In October 2008 I purchased a Graco Lauren 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, manufactured by LaJobi Industries, for my soon-to-arrive daughter.
The crib functioned fine for the first 5 months, but during those months the dropside rail was always in the "low" position because my daughter wasn't climbing and provided me easy access to her. On 04/27/2010 I completed an offer via TrialPay in order to receive free episodes of Family Feud, a game I play frequently on the internet. The offer itself was deemed as "immediate" and referenced that I would receive the 36 episodes within 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went, and now 3 days later I still haven't received credit. I've contacted the company on 2 separate occasions via e-mail and received what seemed to be a computer generated automatic response which was not helpful. Consumers, beware! read full review »
