I was driving on I 24 in Manchester tn on 4-30 at 6:30am and a truck driver cut me off from the fast lane when he had nobody behind him, nearly hitting the front of my truck .When I came back around to pass him after gaining speed, he threw his hands up as to say oh well, you shouldnt have been in my way.
